Katherine Mikulski is a serial entrepreneur with direct control and oversight of The Parser, LLC.  She administers the operations of the firm – and, defines its strategy.  As a working mother – she understands the pressures that parents face to generate income; and, to simultaneously care for their children.  This experience led her to create a company that values families; and, offers services of value to an industry that she cares deeply about.  Her background is unique in data science.  Katherine earned her BSN at Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, MI (2010); and, massage therapy certification at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI (2007).  This unique experience led her to implement novel ideas about client engagement; and, empathy for the downstream users of her company’s technologies.  Beyond work, she enjoys cooking and crafting; and, is the loving mother to a beautiful daughter and a dog named “Rocky”.


Thomas Mikulski

Thomas Mikulski is a product development specialist in the Defense and Automobile Manufacturing industries with expertise in business, management, and technology.  He has worked for various companies within business, managerial, and technical roles – including the U.S. Army TARDEC, Ford Motor Company, Takata Corporation, and Cyberlogic Technologies, Inc.

Thomas earned his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in August 2015.  He also earned an MSE in Electrical Engineering: Systems from the University of Michigan with specializations in signal processing and intelligent systems.  He retains a BSE in Electrical Engineering (specialization: signal processing), a BSE in Computer Engineering (computer architecture), and a BS in Sound Engineering (sound recording and mixing) – all also from the University of Michigan.  Thomas obtained a PMP Certification in Project Management from the Program Management Institute (PMI) (2013); and, is SPRDE Level III-certified in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Department of Defense.  He supports The Parser, LLC, by managing and delivering analytics to clients; by managing its web communication; and, by managing its blog.  He is married to the love of his life, Katherine – and, they share a wonderful life together.
